These terms cover bookbtb.com, our roadside service, and the tools we provide. Using them means you accept these terms.
Travel to you within our service area and fitting a spare you already have. It does not cover parts, or labour beyond a straightforward wheel change.
If we find something beyond that — a seized or stripped lug nut, a broken stud, a wheel seized to the hub — we quote it and you approve it before we start. You will see the itemised price. Nothing extra is done without your approval.
If we accept your request and cannot get to you, the dispatch fee is refunded in full. If we decline your request, it is refunded in full. If you cancel before a technician is dispatched, it is refunded in full.
If a technician arrives and you are not there, the vehicle has gone, or you decline the work, the dispatch fee has been earned and is not refunded. It paid for the trip.
Our technicians will decline any job they judge unsafe — a cracked wheel, a damaged hub, an air brake fault, or a vehicle in a position that cannot be worked on safely. In that case we will tell you what we found and refund the dispatch fee.
We serve ZIP codes within roughly 45 minutes of 28262. After-hours rates apply before 7am, after 7pm, at weekends and on public holidays.
Used tires are sold as-is, from stock on hand, and carry no warranty. New tires are ordered per job and require a deposit. We do not fit a tire we consider unsafe.
The dispatch fee is due before a technician is sent. Parts and additional labour are due on completion. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not hold your card details. Fleet accounts may be invoiced on agreed terms.
If something is wrong, call us first — most things are quickest to fix directly. We keep timestamped records of what was quoted, what you approved and what was done, including photographs, and we will provide them.
By checking the consent box on our roadside request form you agree to receive text messages about your service request. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies, typically two to four messages per job. We do not send marketing texts, and no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The rate and cost tools on this site produce estimates from figures you supply. They are not financial, tax or legal advice, and they are not a quote or a guarantee of rates. Decisions you make using them are your own.
Dispatch and tax preparation are covered by separate written agreements. Where those conflict with these terms, the signed agreement governs.
We carry insurance appropriate to the work we do. Our liability for any claim relating to a service call is limited to what you paid for that call, except where the law does not allow that limit — including for injury or damage caused by our negligence.
We are not liable for losses arising from delay, for the condition of a vehicle or parts we did not supply, or for anything outside our reasonable control.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you request service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
