Every single tool on this platform started as something we desperately needed for our own fleet but couldn't buy anywhere on the market.

The Problem We Kept Running Into

A broker calls you with a number. You have exactly two minutes to decide, and the honest answer is you don't actually know if the math works.

Generic calculations leave out the variables that kill your margins:

• Deadhead nobody priced. A load that looked like $2.90 a mile turned out to be $1.85, because the hundred miles to the pickup came out of our fuel and nobody counted them.
• Routes that didn't fit the clock. Four loads that each looked fine, stacked into a route one driver couldn't legally run. We found out Thursday.
• Money that looked like profit. Rate minus fuel minus the truck note, call it earnings. Then the plates came due in March and there was nothing set aside, because that profit was wages we'd already spent.
• Paperwork living in a phone. Rate cons in one inbox, BOLs in a text thread, PODs on a driver's camera roll. Every invoice a scavenger hunt.

So you take the load on a guess, and you find out weeks later that you lost money.

What We Do About It

We build operational software that prices a load against your exact, real-world operating costs — your specific fuel economy, your truck payments, your driver wages, and your lanes. We completely ignore "industry averages" because they don't pay your bills. Our team runs this software on our own fleet every single day, which is the only reason we trust it enough to offer it to you.

Alongside our software sits 10 years of dedicated trucking tax preparation. We realized early on that knowing your true rate and actually keeping what you earn are two completely different problems.

Who We Are

BTB Innovations runs out of two offices. Saint Petersburg, Florida is where the company is headquartered; Charlotte, North Carolina is where the equipment is registered and the fleet operates from.

We run under our own motor carrier authority, manage our own drivers, and spearhead an owner-operator lease program built entirely around true schedule flexibility rather than empty promises about miles.
