BTB Innovations LLC ("BTB", "we", "us") operates bookbtb.com and the dispatch tools at app.bookbtb.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Your name, phone number, location, ZIP code, vehicle details, and what you need done. If you pay a dispatch fee we record that the payment happened, the amount and a reference — we never see or store your card number. Payments are handled by Stripe.
The figures you type stay in your browser. We do not receive them.
The information on the employment application, which we hold as an employment record.
Your phone number, the time and length of the call, and the content of text messages. Calls may be recorded where the law allows; you will be told at the start of the call if so.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You opt in by checking the consent box on our roadside request form at bookbtb.com/roadside.html. The box is unchecked by default and the form cannot be submitted without it. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We use your number only for your own service request: a link to pay the dispatch fee, an itemized service proposal to approve, confirmation that a technician is on the way, or notice of a decline and refund.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your request — typically two to four messages per job.
All other categories of data exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Only the service providers that make this work, and only to carry out what you asked for. These are processors acting on our instructions, not partners receiving data for their own use:
We do not sell your information. The service providers listed above receive only what they need to carry out the work you asked for. We share information otherwise only where the law requires it, or where it is needed to establish or defend a legal claim — for example, evidence of work you approved.
Service records for seven years, which is what tax and insurance require. Employment applications for three years. Text and call logs for two years. You can ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to the dispatch system requires a login. Card details never reach our systems. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you.
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be notified directly where we can reach you.
